Welcome to Yoga For All with Nirmala Iyer. I continue to be a life-long student of the Yoga teachings. This website serves as a platform for two things I am most passionate about: Yoga and writing. It is a dedication to the teachings, and to my students!
My online classes are meant for the benefit of all, to restore your body and mind, and feel better about yourself.
I run regular classes suiting all levels. Even if you’re a total beginner, you will be given modified postures to help you find the confidence you need to get to know your body.
What my students like about my classes is the variety and personal attention to suit the limitations in their body for the practice.
